I am an artist whose medium is textiles. Sproule Studios was established in 2001 as a means to market my textile art, present workshops on surface design, and offer professional services such as longarm quilting to my clients.
Being surrounded by the fog-shrouded redwood groves, the pristine wild rivers, and the rugged coastline of Humboldt County in northern California has had a dramatic impact on my art. Art is a way of life here for the local inhabitants, a way of connecting with others, and a way of sharing our creativity and inspiration.
