I am an artist whose medium is textiles. I focus on the transformation of the textile surface by the many means available to me including painting, dyeing, printing, and stitching. I enjoy sharing these techniques with others in my workshops.

Sproule Studios is located in Humboldt County in northern California where I am surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of our rugged coastline, wild rivers, and fog- shrouded groves of towering redwood trees. The influence of this abundant natural beauty will be quite apparent as you peruse my galleries.

I am now offering some of my favorite supplies for surface design online beginning with my favorite fabric. My new Product Line is currently under development and I hope to have it ready for release this Spring. 

My ultimate goal is to inspire others to embark upon their personal creative journey while I continue to explore and expand upon my own.
