I specialize in creative longarm machine quilting, featuring traditional or contemporary designs. I use an APQS Ultimate I machine with a 14-foot table. I love the versatility and freedom of movement this machine affords me. My quilting is completely hand guided, not computerized, so a slight variation in stitching can occur.

You can rest assured that your quilt project will be treated with the utmost care. My goal is to create a beautiful quilt that you and your loved ones will cherish for many years to come. There is always so much satisfaction that comes with seeing a project completed.

I strive to create original high quality work, increasingly innovative and creative in nature. It’s really exciting to try new things, and see my own style begin to emerge. Having a strong background in art, fashion design, and professional sewing, I bring over 30 years of experience to my business. In browsing through my Personal Quilts you will see that my own work tends to be more contemporary, but I also work on many traditional quilts. I collaborate with the customer to assure that the quilting style is well suited to their personal preferences.

STUDIO

I have been very fortunate in finding the ideal location for my business. After having a home business for 10 years, I was really ready to move on to something new.

Sproule Studios is located in a commercial building, not in my garage. I wanted my customers to rest assured that their quilts would be kept clean, and secure. Since I am also a textile artist, and quilting teacher, this lovely space affords me the room I need for all of my projects.

I have a wonderful two-story studio with excellent natural lighting.
